1. Download 【2CH-PConquest AP Fix】

2. Extract it

3. Run WindHex32.exe

4. File -> Open File for Editing: OPEN THE CLEAN ROM

5. After the ROM has been loaded, Tools -> Patch Current File -> PRESS NO

6. Load the "2ch-PConquest.ips" -> PRESS OK

7. Final Step. Save the ROM : File -> Save File As

8. (Remember to put .nds for the filetypes before press Save).
